SHIPPING INFORMATION

At Tokens of Unity, we are dedicated to ensuring your order reaches you in a timely manner.

Orders are processed when the payment is accepted.

 

Shipping rates will be shown in the cart. They are calculated based on the number of items purchased (since we may ship from different suppliers or with special packagings to preserve the integrity of some types of products) and the destination zip code. 

 

Currently, we only ship within the U.S. We don’t ship international orders, although orders can be placed from outside the U.S. conditioned by payment methods availability and payment platforms policies and authorizations.

 

Orders are delivered via different carriers, including USPS, and typically arrive 7-10 days from the date of purchase (and payment acceptance) within the US. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated US territories can take additional 7 – 12 business days.

 

Incorrect or missing information, busy holiday seasons, accessibility or weather conditions may increase delivery time. We are not liable for shipping delays. We do not guarantee any estimated shipping arrival date or time.

REFUNDS POLICY

As all products are made to order, we do not accept cancellations, returns or exchanges. However, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you encounter any quality issues with your order, we will be happy to help you find a solution.

 

A free product replacement, partial refund or full refund can be offered depending on the problem and after case evaluation, without any legal obligation. It´s important that you read this Policy first before reporting issues with your order.

 

We offer a "No Need to Return" policy for select cases to save you valuable time and money. Report order issues to connect@tokensofunity.com within 15 days of product delivery, along with your order number and required photo proof (showing the problem and the unused merchandise). 

 

Quality issues include:

  • Faulty, damaged, or inoperable merchandise.

  • Missing items from your order.

  • The item, size, color, or print is incorrect per the order placed.

 

Quality issues do not include:

  • Asking for a refund past the 15-day warranty period mentioned above.

  • Change of mind regarding purchase.

  • Seeking alterations to the item received.

  • Reported evidence showing inaccurate or incomplete details, or damage due to mishandling

 

Please note there is a tolerance of 0.5" for print size or placement, and +/- 1” for garment size measurements. These will not be considered as defects. Also, we do not offer reprints or refunds if you ordered the wrong size or color.

 

If your refund is approved, we will send you a confirmation e-mail and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within the next 7 business days. Remember that banks and credit card companies have their own processing time before a refund is posted. If you haven’t received your refund, first contact your bank or credit card company. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.

 

Refunds and/or reprints are applicable once per order.
